JOIN US around 10.15am most Sundays for an online community gathering using our Zoom meeting room:
One of the things we have been missing during the COVID-19 pandemic is the opportunity for informal conversations with other worshippers after the service ends. However, our digital technology can also allow us to meet online to share news, discuss the sermon, check on each other and make plans for future activities.
During September, the priest who leads our morning worship will be available for conversation in this way after the service, so please take this opportunity to ask questions and further explore any of the ideas presented in that day’s sermon. The virus may push us apart, but we can use the technology to fashion new forms of community and discipleship.
Please join us online every Sunday at 10.15am for coffee and chat, using the link above (which is also available as an easy-to-use active link from top right of our THIS SUNDAY page on the Cathedral website).
For people who are at the Cathedral, there will also be an opportunity to gather in the Edwards Hall to join the Zoom conversation in person rather than needing to connect from your home. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can offer coffee or tea only if it is served by a designated person, and any food needs to be in individual packaging to limit the spread of the virus. Please let us know if you can assist with the catering for morning tea.
