Mindfulness Workshops

STRESS-LESS WITH MINDFULNESS

Stress-less workshops focus on using mindfulness practice to reduce stress and worry. Mindfulness techniques can help calm your thinking and feelings, as well as provide practical strategies to reduce stress and worry.

 

Places are limited to a maximum of 12 people.

​

A Medicare rebate can be claimed on the workshop fee.

​

Saturday, 10 March (1 x 3 hour workshop)

10.00am–1.00pm

Wednesday, 14 & 21 March (2 x 2 hour workshops)

5.30pm–7.30pm

$75.00

Workshops are held in the Hunt Hall within the Christ Church Cathedral Education and Welfare Centre, 12–14 Duke Street, Grafton,
